What products does HearingAidsElite sell?

HearingAidsElite offers personal sound amplification products (PSAPs) and Bluetooth audio devices designed for adult everyday use.

Are your products hearing aids or medical devices?

No. Our sound amplification products are personal sound amplification products (PSAPs). They are not hearing aids and are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or compensate for hearing impairment.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No hidden shipping charges will be added at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is about 6–9 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we can usually cancel it and issue a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@hearingaidselite.com.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and returned with all included accessories and proof of purchase.

How do I request a return?

Please email info@hearingaidselite.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For personal returns, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us at info@hearingaidselite.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. Our support team will review the case and help with the next steps.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge any restocking fee.
