To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for return (include photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective).
Once we receive your return request, our customer service team will review it within 3 business days. We will send you the return address and detailed return instructions.
Return the item using a trackable shipping service (we recommend insurance for high-value items). Please ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. You will be notified of the outcome within 3-5 business days. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective product or wrong item shipped), we will cover all return shipping costs.
Customer Preference: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., “I changed my mind,” “I ordered the wrong model”), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
