At HearingAidsElite, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • All original accessories, labels, and included parts must be returned
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the requirements above, the return may be rejected.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@hearingaidselite.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

3. Return Review and Approval

Once we receive your request, our customer service team will review it within 1-3 business days.

If your return is approved, we will send you:

  • The return instructions
  • The return shipping address
  • Any additional steps needed to complete the return

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our error, such as a defective item, damaged item, or incorrect item shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, no longer wanting the product, or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning any item.

5. Inspection and Refund Processing

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-5 business days after inspection.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We may refuse returns in the following situations:

  • The item shows signs of use, damage, or improper handling not caused by us
  • The item is returned without original parts, accessories, or packaging
  • The return request is submitted after the 30-day return period
  • The return is sent without prior approval

7. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.
