Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

1. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No hidden shipping charges will be added at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days.

Total estimated delivery time: 6-9 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We work with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are unable to redirect or modify packages once they have been shipped. HearingAidsElite is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@hearingaidselite.com as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not yet been processed for shipment, we can provide a full refund
  • If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy

7. Lost, Delayed, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@hearingaidselite.com within 7 days of the last tracking update or delivery scan.

We will assist you in contacting the carrier and reviewing the shipment status.
