1. Shipping Cost

  • FREE SHIPPING: We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. There are no hidden fees or shipping charges at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Transit Time: 5-7 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6-9 business days.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time).

3. Shipping Method & Tracking We partner with reliable carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure your package arrives safely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We only ship to the United States. We are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit.

5. Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@hearingaidselite.com immediately. We can provide a full refund if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once shipped, the order must be handled as a return.
